This Pup has had a thorough veterinarian check and is up to date with worming and vaccinations before being collected by you, the Buyer, and has been found in good health. The Seller requires that you, the Buyer, take this Pup to your own trusted veterinarian to do a thorough health check.  This is to be done within seven days of collecting this Pup and if an inherited health problem is found, notify us immediately and, on return of this Pup, a full refund will be given. 2. You, the buyer, are aware that this Pup is registered on a Limited Registration with the CCC(Q) which means you are unable to breed this Dog or compete in Australian National Kennel Council (ANKC)  conformation shows. 3. You, the Buyer, must have your Pup spayed/neutered by a respected veterinarian after the age of   6 months old and before the age of 10 months old, and on written proof from your veterinarian (within 30 days of the procedure) we, the Seller, will pay you a rebate of $500. 4. If at some stage you, the Buyer, decides you want to show this Pup, the Seller will inspect this Pup and will decide as to whether it is suitable for showing, and if so, an application will be made to the CCC(Q) to change the registration from Limited to General Registration (as per CCC(Q) Ruling # 86a) and the same Seller’s agreement as for Show Prospects will then come into place. 5. You, the Buyer, agrees that this Dog is to be kept as a companion pet only and will not be used as an attack dog or a guard dog for people, animals, or property.  Extensive time left alone or tied up outside is not allowed and this Dog is to be always kept in a safely enclosed area at all times, with appropriate shelter, and no possibility of escaping.  This Dog is never to run off-lead except in a safely enclosed area. 6. You, the Buyer, understands that the Seller has limited information and control regarding the future temperament, habits, and appearance of this Dog, and hence does not warrant such.  You, the buyer, agrees to fully socialize this Dog with people and other dogs.  We, the Seller, highly recommend dog obedience classes for you, the Buyer, and on written proof of this Dog passing a registered obedience class (providing the classes commenced before this Dog is 8 months old and has passed before it is 12 months old), we, the Seller, will pay you a rebate of $100. 7. This Dog shall reside at the address stated above. Any changes in the Buyer’s address must be relayed by the Buyer to the Seller within 30 days of the change. 8. In the event that this Dog cannot be kept by you, the Buyer, you must notify us, the Seller, immediately and give us the opportunity to rehome this Dog suitably.  As we, the Seller, selectively chose you, the Buyer, to purchase this Dog, you, the Buyer, must never sell or give away this Dog to any individual, company, research facility, or group except on written approval of the Seller. 9. You, the Buyer, shall provide this Dog with a recommended diet and daily care for Giant Breeds and, when necessary, provide veterinary care upon sickness, disease, or injury, and shall take it to a veterinarian at least once a year for an annual health examination and recommended vaccinations. 10. In the event that Hip Displaycia occurs under the age of 18 months, and this Dog is physically affected by this, and is proven to be an hereditary problem by the Sellers Veterinarian, has had X-rays of the hips and those x-rays have been scored by the AVA (all at the cost to the Buyer) and the score is more than double the breed average, the seller will replace this Dog with another pup of similar quality within a  period of 8 months from the time of examination by the Seller’s vet.  If no replacement is available within this time, a refund for the full purchase price of this dog (less any freight charges) will be given.  This warranty will not apply if the Dog has been bred from, or is pregnant at the time of the claim.  The Buyer must, if making a claim on the Seller under this guarantee, re-deliver to the seller both the Dog and the Pedigree Certificate & any other documents necessary to identify the Seller as owner of the Dog. 11. You, the Buyer, are aware that other conditions can occur in this breed and understand that in this Dog’s lifetime it could inherit typical breed problems or conditions.  Though most are uncommon, a list of typical breed conditions are stated below and the Seller of this Dog gives no warranty or guarantee for any of the following problems that could occur in this Dog : * Osteichondrosis – A group of development diseases resulting in abnormal formulation of joint cartilage. * Ostcochondritis Dissccans – Inflammation of the cartilage of certain joints which causes arthritis. * Distichiasis – Abnormally growing eyelashes. * Entropion –  Rolling in of the eye lids. * Vaginal Hyperplasia – An overgrowth of the tissues of the vagina. * Retinal Dysplasia – A condition where the retina is malformed. * Progressive Retinal Atrophy – A developmental abnormality where the membrane forming the iris does not form properly. * Eversion of Nictitating Membrane – A condition where the third eyelid is protruding. * Cancer * Demodectic Mite * Pyometra – Infection of the uterus.  In some cases causes infertility in females. * Bloat – A condition where the stomach produces excessive amounts of gas, enlarging enough to cause death without immediate treatment. *Any other condition/disease associated with this breed of dog. 12. If this Dog is ever returned to the Seller for any reason, all shipping charges are the Buyer’s responsibility.                                         All warranties/rebates will be null & void if ANY of these conditions have not been met by the Buyer                                                     Seller’s Copy:  To be signed & returned to Seller before collecting your Pup.                                                   A signed copy will be given to you, the Buyer, on collection/delivery of your Pup.
